Production technology

Every step in production is important if we want to get a good-quality product.
We procure materials that we believe will be refined in our production to give the quality that our customers expect.
We cut panel materials (particleboard, MDF, hardboard) on a horizontal cutting machine, which ensures great precision and accuracy, resulting in perfect joints during assembly.
Edge banding is a very important step, as these are the parts of the furniture that are seen first.
We do edge banding on an extremely high-quality linear edge banding machine enabling ideal edging and ensuring that moisture cannot penetrate into the interior of the panel material, which is very important for bathroom furniture.

CNC machine

An industrial CNC machine for drilling holes and openings, ensures that each piece is drilled identically, which allows us to replace some elements later, if damage or other disturbances occur. With the system of cam locks and dowels, we ensure that the joining of the pieces is such that the screws are not visible, which gives a much cleaner appearance of the assembled furniture while providing a stronger joint. Drilling the hinge holes always at the same distance ensures that adjustment and installation is simple even for beginners.
Using a CNC milling machine ensures the possibility of creating any desired pattern or shape, which gives the furniture a contemporary look, and sets it apart from most other furniture on the market. The precision of our CNC milling machine, combined with the expertise of our craftsmen, ensures the creation of very interesting shapes and fulfills even the most demanding of customer requests (matching contours across multiple adjacent doors or
aligning patterns with the size of the furniture piece).

Painting and preparation for painting is something we can be proud of, because we put a lot of effort into it. Given that our main domain is bathroom furniture, beside the visual effect, we took great care to provide protection against water vapor and dampness that are characteristic of bathrooms. That's why our bathroom furniture lasts for a long time, as
proven by our customers, who have been using our cabinets for many years. The painting process itself has several steps: preparation of materials, application of the base, processing, application of the first varnish layer, sanding, application of the second varnish layer.
At the customer's request, we can assemble and deliver the furniture, and it is possible for it to be delivered flat-packed, so that the customer or the carpenter can assemble it on the spot. We make effort to pack the furniture in cardboard boxes made by ourselves, which ensures protection against damage during delivery.
The hardware that is installed in our bathroom furniture is from renowned manufacturers - GTV, Hranipex, Blum, Grass. This ensures quality and durability.
Cooperation with a large number of carpentry workshops allows us to refer each individual customer to a carpenter who will assemble the cut and processed material, as well as everything else that is needed.
